本文对包复型、电熔型两种Al2O3+TiO213%热喷涂粉末,经等离子喷涂形成的涂层进行往复磨损实验和单摆冲击划痕实验.并结合形貌分析对比评价,结果表明:包复型粉末形成的涂层其耐磨性优于电熔型粉末所形成的涂层,前者涂层致密,硬度、结合强度均高于后者。
In this paper, two types of Al2O3 + TiO213% thermal sprayed powders, including clad type and fused type, were used for reciprocal wear test and pendulum impact test. The results show that the wear resistance of the composite coating is better than the coating formed by the fused powder. The former coating is dense, the hardness and the bonding strength are higher than the latter.
