株洲冶炼厂铅阳极铸型,原由一台圆盘浇铸机和半圆回转吊完成铅阳极浇铸、起板工作,其余均为人工操作,占用人员多,劳动强度大,生产效率低,物理规格差。为了改进这一工艺以满足生产不断发展的需要,该厂职工广泛开展革新、改造、挖潜活动,从74年一季度至75年4月,自行设计、制作、安装,使铅阳极铸型由半机械化改成为一条机械自动化的联动线。
