我们的推广普通话工作搞得还不够理想。这方面存在的问题与对策有三:( 1)社会成员中普遍存在只认同各自母语方言的深重的心理障碍;这种主观上的障碍的排除主要有赖于宣传教育的广泛性、深入性和持久性。( 2)有志学习普通话的人群中又普遍会遇到顽固的学习障碍;这种操作上的障碍的克服主要有赖于信心、勇气,尤其是适宜的方略。( 3)领导者对“推普”的效应更是主导性、关键性的,这里既有已收到的功效和未尽到的责任,更有尚待发挥的效应和必须践履的思路。
