对在职的妇幼卫生人员进行科学的培训是做好妇幼卫生工作的重要前提.本文简要地介绍了新疆维吾尔自治区石河子市妇幼保健所近几年对在职人员进行培训一些做法,并就在职培训中应注意的一些问题做了粗浅的讨论. Scientific training of on-going MCH workers is an important prerequisite for maternal and child health work. This paper briefly introduced some practices for training on-the-job staff in the Shihezi City Maternal and Child Care Institute in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Attention should be paid to on-the-job training. Some of the questions have been discussed in depth.
