随着数控机床的广泛运用,数控车床程序的准确性和可读性越来越受到重视。为了在数控机床教学过程中让学生更了解洗、车削加工对刀及循环上机调试、螺纹车削程序调试与加工以及综合车削加工,本文通过对不同指令的分析、采用主程序调用子程序的编程方案的实施以及在实际运用中刀具对刀的方式,系统阐述了数控机床坐标系的建立方法、数控程序的编程法则以及刀具对刀的设置,论证了在数控程序调试教学中的要点以及重难点,得出了在教学过程中使用子程序调用可以在数控机床教学和生产带来安全与便利的结论。
With the extensive use of CNC machine tools, the accuracy and readability of CNC lathe programs are getting more and more attention. In order to make the students better understand washing, turning tooling and cycle on the machine debugging, thread turning program debugging and machining and comprehensive turning in the process of teaching CNC machine tools, this paper through the analysis of different instructions, using the main program called subroutine programming The implementation of the program and the method of tool setting in practice, the establishment of CNC machine tool coordinate system, the programming rules of CNC program and the setting of tool setting tool are systematically expounded. The key points of CNC program debugging teaching as well as heavy and difficult points , Concluded that the use of subroutine calls in the teaching process can bring security and convenience in the teaching and production of CNC machine tools.
