自胜家缝纫中心发明特许经营以来,特许经营已成为国际上日渐盛行的一种商业经营方式。中国的特许经营行业从一无所有到现在的迅速发展,很多企业都是借助特许经营——通过知识产权复制实现低成本的经济模式,实现了品牌的迅速扩张与市场占有率的迅速增长,同时也产生了诸多问题。本文结合特许经营在发展的过程中出现的商标权问题进行分析,提出相关建议和解决方法,供特许经营企业在实践中参考。
