目的探讨雌、孕激素受体(ER、PR)及PS2蛋白在甲状腺腺瘤组织中的表达情况。方法应用免疫组织化学法,检测68例甲状腺腺瘤组织中ER、PR及PS2蛋白的表达水平。结果在甲状腺腺瘤中ER、PR及PS2蛋白阳性表达率分别为67.6%、51.5%和30.9%。实验组与对照组之间ER及PR有显著性差异,PS2蛋白无显著性差异。不同组织学类型及不同性别之间ER、PR及PS2蛋白表达具无显著性差异。结论部分甲状腺腺瘤具有雌激素依赖特点,ER、PR可能是一种较好的甲状腺腺瘤标志物。
Objective To investigate the expression of estrogen and progesterone receptor (ER, PR) and PS2 protein in thyroid adenoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of ER, PR and PS2 in 68 cases of thyroid adenoma. Results The positive rates of ER, PR and PS2 in thyroid adenoma were 67.6%, 51.5% and 30.9%, respectively. There was a significant difference of ER and PR between the experimental group and the control group, while there was no significant difference between the two groups. There was no significant difference in the expression of ER, PR and PS2 between different histological types and genders. Conclusions Some thyroid adenomas are estrogen-dependent and ER and PR may be good markers of thyroid adenoma.
