本文以用地属性及其相似关系评价为基础,揭示了用地开发强度之间相互作用的内在机制,从而结合计算机编程工具初步建立城市设计干预下的用地开发强度动态决策模型.在该模型中,首先根据可建设潜力对每一用地单元进行各项因子评价,如用地性质、可达性、历史地段控制、景观控制等;然后根据因子之间的相似性,建立起地块之间的类比参照关系,即用地条件相似的用地趋向于相似的开发强度.这种参照关系揭示了城市用地开发强度自发的生长规律.这样,通过已知地块的用地开发强度便可计算出未知地块的开发强度.而且,可根据城市设计或政策意图,通过调节系统参数或直接修改局部用地开发强度来积极干预系统状态,而系统的反应又为合理决策提供支持和参考,并启发和辅助城市设计构思.该系统兼顾形态、功能和环境效益的统一,体现了开发强度决策的客观、公平和灵活性.
