“豆腐,也有人造假?”继央视曝光化学合成假鸡蛋后,近日,有媒体报道,武汉市东西湖工商部门查处一问题豆腐工厂时发现,该厂使用大豆分离蛋白、变性淀粉、白色素等合成豆腐,并假冒外地注册品牌生产销售。同时,湖南、海南、江苏等地也报道发现人造假豆腐。今天的中国,食品安全格外牵动人心。究竟这些没用一粒豆子做成的假豆腐是怎样制作而成,而我们身边有没有这些假豆腐呢?为此,本刊记者走访了编辑部所在地太原市一些农贸市场,没有发现报道中描述的含有丰富气孔、类似冰冻豆腐的假豆腐销售。太原市12315消费者投诉举报中心的工作人员介绍,目前还没有接到过有关人造假豆腐方面的举报。
