推导了盘状、柱状喷射成形产品的动态成形模型,并采用该模型对3种不同条件下喷射成形产品的最终几何形状进行了分析和预测。同时采用Al93.5Cu3Fe1.5Ni1Ce0.5Zr0.5(atom%)合金,对应于上述3种实验条件,制备了不同形状的喷射成形产品。实验及理论分析结果表明,该模型符合实际情况,可以对不同工艺条件下喷射成形产品的最终形状加以控制和预测。
The dynamic forming model of disc-shaped and column-shaped injection forming products is deduced, and the final geometry of the injection forming products under three different conditions is analyzed and predicted by the model. At the same time, Al93.5Cu3Fe1.5Ni1Ce0.5Zr0.5 (atom%) alloy was used to prepare spray-formed products with different shapes according to the above three experimental conditions. The experimental and theoretical analysis results show that the model is in accordance with the actual situation, which can control and predict the final shape of injection molding products under different process conditions.
