目的:探讨盐酸左氧氟沙星滴耳液治疗中耳炎的疗效与安全性。方法:选取我院收治的120例中耳炎患者依据随机法划分为参照组与研究组各60例。参照组60例患者给予氯霉素滴耳液治疗,研究组60例患者给予盐酸左氧氟沙星滴耳液治疗。对两组患者临床治疗效果及不良反应进行比较。结果:研究组治疗有效率显著高于参照组,P<0.05;研究组不良反应发生率显著低于参照组,P<0.05。结论:对中耳炎患者给予盐酸左氧氟沙星滴耳液治疗可取得良好的效果,且不良反应少,效果明显,值得推广。 Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of levofloxacin ear drops in the treatment of otitis media. Methods: A total of 120 patients with otitis media admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into the reference group and the study group of 60 cases. Reference group of 60 patients given chloramphenicol ear drops treatment, 60 patients in the study group were given levofloxacin ear drops treatment. The two groups of patients with clinical effects and adverse reactions were compared. Results: The treatment efficiency in study group was significantly higher than that in reference group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in study group was significantly lower than that in reference group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of levofloxacin hydrochloride ear drops in patients with otitis media can achieve good results with less side effects and obvious effect, which is worthy of popularization.
