人体细胞为细胞外基质所包绕,后者在维持细胞及器官结构中起重要作用。细胞外基质的某些特殊成分通过受体介导作用控制细胞特性、形态、生长及分化,影响细胞的发生并调节人体组织体内平衡。韧粘素-C为人体出生后心脏血管功能形成所必须,血浆韧粘素-C是主要不良心血管事件的独立预测因子。该文综述近年韧粘素-C在心血管疾病中的作用研究。
Human cells are surrounded by extracellular matrix, which plays an important role in maintaining cellular and organ structure. Some special components of the extracellular matrix control cell characteristics, morphology, growth and differentiation through receptor-mediated effects, affecting the occurrence of cells and regulating body tissue homeostasis. Tenascone-C is required for cardiovascular function after birth in humans, and plasma tenascin-C is an independent predictor of major adverse cardiovascular events. This review summarizes the role of tenascin-C in cardiovascular diseases in recent years.
