采用数理统计的方法对沥青混合料马歇尔稳定度与级配曲线特性的关系进行了研究。首先,运用双因素方差分析证明了级配因素是导致沥青混合料马歇尔稳定度发生变化的关键因素;此后,通过变化粗、细集料内部结构及关键筛孔通过率,借助秩和检验方法,对马歇尔稳定度与级配曲线特性之间的关系进行研究。通过研究,揭示了马歇尔稳定度随级配曲线特性的变化规律,为沥青混凝土使用性能的提高和设计阶段的性能预测提供了有意义的参考。
The relationship between the Marshall stability of asphalt mixture and the grading curve characteristics was studied by mathematical statistics. First, the use of two-factor analysis of variance proved that the gradation factor is the key factor leading to the Marshall stability of asphalt mixture. After that, by changing the internal structure of coarse and fine aggregate and the critical mesh passing rate, The relationship between Marshall stability and gradation curve properties was studied. Through the research, the variation regularity of Marshall stability with the gradation curve is revealed, which provides a meaningful reference for improving the performance of asphalt concrete and predicting the performance of design stage.
