为了解山东省貂源铜绿假单胞菌(PA)的血清型分布,本研究从部分市县采集的山东77份水貂肺脏病料样品中分离PA,并进行生化鉴定、分子生物学鉴定、血清学鉴定、生长曲线测定和半数致死量(LD_(50))测定。结果显示,共分离获得53株PA,分别属于11个血清型,其中G型27株、B型5株、D型4株。其他血清型分离株较少。其中G、B和D型分离株SD004、SD050、SD052生长性能良好,对小鼠的LD50分别为1.99×10~(10) cfu、2.51×10~(10)cfu、5.62×10~(10)cfu。该研究为水貂出血性肺炎灭活疫苗菌株的选择提供实验依据。
In order to understand the serotype distribution of Pseudomonas aeruginosa (Pseudomonas aeruginosa) in Shandong province, PA was isolated from 77 samples of mink lung disease collected from some cities and counties in Shandong province and biochemical, molecular biological identification, serum Identification, growth curve determination and LD50 measurement. The results showed that 53 strains of PA were isolated, belonging to 11 serotypes respectively, of which 27 were G type, 5 were B type and 4 were D type. Fewer other serotypes.
