目的:探讨吸烟对礼顿(glonoin,硝酸甘油)作用的影响。方法:将60只纯种新西兰兔随机分为生理盐水组(NS组)、动脉硬化组(AS组)、动脉硬化礼顿组(ASG组)、动脉硬化吸烟组(ASS组)和动脉硬化吸烟礼顿组(ASSG组)。23周后取血,检测血中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、前列腺素(6-Kato-PGF1α)和内皮素(ET)的含量或活性,并作比较。结果:生理盐水组与其他组血SOD、NO、NOS、6-KetO-PGF1α和ET的含量或活性比较,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);而SOD和NOS在NS组与ASG组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。与ASG组比较,ASSG组血SOD、NO、NOS、6-Keto-PGF1α的含量或活性均显著降低,EI含量显著增加,P均<0.05。结论:长时间吸烟对硝酸甘油的作用有不良影响。
Objective: To investigate the effect of smoking on the effect of glonoin (nitroglycerin). Conclusion: Long-term smoking has a negative effect on the effect of nitroglycerin.
