为提高菜油的营养价值和菜籽饼粕的利用价值 ,推广种植双低油菜 (芥酸含量 5 % ,硫甙含量 30 μmol g)势在必行 ,但对这方面的研究尚少。据此 ,2 0 0 0年秋 ,我县农技中心试验站对此进行了试验研究 ,为大面积推广种植甘蓝型双低油菜在群体质量栽培上提供理论和实践依据。
To promote the nutritional value of rapeseed oil and the utilization value of rapeseed meal, the promotion of rapeseed production (erucic acid content 5%, glucosinolate content 30 μmol g) is imperative, but there is little research on this aspect. Accordingly, in the autumn of 2000, our county agricultural technology center pilot station has carried on the experimental research to this, has provided the theory and the practice basis for the large-scale popularization planting cabbage type double low rape in the group quality cultivation.
