在实验室对Ti微合金钢进行了NG-TMCP热轧试验,并用SEM、TEM、化学相分析和X射线小角散射分析了其性能和析出相。结果表明,当轧后在700℃等温时,得到铁素体+珠光体组织,试验钢的屈服强度超过了550 MPa,但低温冲击性能偏低;试验钢中有大量的M3C和MC型颗粒析出,小于36 nm的纳米颗粒起到了显著的析出强化作用,析出强化增量达到279 MPa;采用综合强化机理计算得到的理论屈服强度与试验值吻合。
The NG-TMCP hot rolling tests on Ti microalloyed steel were carried out in the laboratory. The properties and precipitated phases were analyzed by SEM, TEM, chemical phase analysis and X-ray small angle scattering. The results show that ferrite + pearlite is obtained when the temperature is 700 ℃ after rolling. The yield strength of the test steel exceeds 550 MPa, but the impact performance at low temperature is low. A large amount of M3C and MC type particles are precipitated in the test steel , Nano-particles smaller than 36 nm played a significant precipitation strengthening effect, precipitation strengthening increment reached 279 MPa; the theoretical yield strength calculated by the comprehensive strengthening mechanism was consistent with the experimental value.
