目的:探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)三维成像技术及其在膀胱癌诊断中的价值。方法:对临床怀疑膀胱癌或已经膀胱镜确诊的膀胱癌27例,行多层螺旋CT容积扫描,经AW4.2工作站后处理获得三维立体图像,结合轴位原始图像,对膀胱癌进行评价。结果:本组27例,其中病灶大于2cm17例,小于2cm10例(含小于1cm3例)。多层螺旋CT扫描诊断结果与膀胱镜及手术病理结果一致。结论:多层螺旋CT膀胱三维后处理图像可提供更多的诊断信息,大大提高诊断质量和病变检出率,将成为诊断泌尿系疾病的一种新型无创伤影像学手段。
Objective: To investigate the multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) three-dimensional imaging and its value in the diagnosis of bladder cancer. Methods: Twenty-seven cases of bladder cancer or bladder cancer confirmed by cystoscopy were screened by multi-slice spiral CT volume scanning. The three-dimensional images were obtained by AW4.2 workstation and combined with the original axial images to evaluate bladder cancer. Results: The group of 27 cases, of which more than 2cm lesions in 17 cases, less than 2cm10 cases (including less than 1cm3 cases). Multi-slice spiral CT scan results and cystoscopy and surgical pathology results. Conclusion: Three-dimensional postprocessing images of MSCT can provide more diagnostic information and greatly improve the diagnostic quality and detection rate of lesions, which will be a new noninvasive imaging method for diagnosis of urological diseases.
