公平性是企业薪酬管理的重要特征,企业的薪酬分配标准、分配方式、分配额度等是否公平直接影响着企业员工的工作绩效,进而对企业的经营发展产生重要的影响。本文结合我国企业的实际情况,通过查找国内外文献,以及作者所在单位江苏井神盐化股份有限公司第二分公司的实际工作经验,对企业薪酬管理的公共性对员工工作绩效的影响进行了探析。旨在通过企业薪酬管理公平性对员工工作绩效的影响探析,完善企业的薪酬管理质量,使其可以更加有利于提升企业员工的工作积极性和工作绩效。
Fairness is an important characteristic of the enterprise’s salary management. Whether the enterprise’s remuneration distribution standard, distribution method, distribution quota and so on are fair or not has a direct impact on the work performance of the enterprise’s employees and thus exerts an important influence on the operation and development of the enterprise. Based on the actual situation of enterprises in our country and through the search of domestic and foreign literatures and the practical working experience of the second branch of Jiangsu Inhen Salinization Co., Ltd., the author analyzes the effect of public enterprise salary management on staff performance . The purpose of this paper is to improve the quality of the remuneration management of the enterprise through the analysis of the impact of the enterprise remuneration management fairness on the performance of the employees so that it can be more beneficial to enhance the enthusiasm and work performance of the employees.
