研究了预应变对经过不同热处理的Ni50.4Ti(原子分数,%)合金记忆应变和回复力的影响,分析了回复力产生的过程.预应变大约为8.5%时试样具有最大的记忆应变和回复力热处理提高了母相的屈服强度从而使材料的记忆应变和回复力提高。
The effect of pre-strain on the memory strain and restoring force of Ni50.4Ti (atomic fraction,%) alloy after different heat treatments was studied, and the generation process of restoring force was analyzed. The specimen has the largest memory strain and restoring force when the pre-strain is about 8.5%. The heat treatment increases the yield strength of the parent phase so as to improve the memory strain and the restoring force of the material.
