前言铁素体不锈钢中加入适量的Mo,可以增强耐氯离子孔蚀的性能,早已被大量实验所证明。对于Mo能增强不锈钢耐蚀性的机理,也有不少人进行过许多工作,提出了各种不同的见解。Rhodin用微量分析的方法,测定了不锈钢钝化膜的成份。结果表明,钝化膜中含Mo,膜厚约30 A,呈无定形结构,耐蚀性好。Barnes等报导了在切削加工过的不锈钢表面存在富Mo表层。K.Teramoto等用
Preface Ferrite stainless steel by adding an appropriate amount of Mo, can enhance resistance to chloride ion pitting performance, has long been proved by a large number of experiments. For the mechanism that Mo can enhance the corrosion resistance of stainless steel, many people have done a lot of work and put forward various opinions. Rhodin measured the composition of the stainless steel passivation film using a microanalysis method. The results show that the passivation film containing Mo, a film thickness of about 30 A, was amorphous structure, good corrosion resistance. Barnes et al. Reported the presence of a Mo-rich surface on a machined stainless steel surface. K.Teramoto other use
