大牛地气田位于鄂尔多斯盆地伊陕斜坡北部东段,是一个上叠系连片的复式大型气田。钻井平均垂直深度3000m,上古生界气藏埋藏深度一般在2600~2900m。大多数施工井为三开水平井,一开采用φ311.2mm钻头钻进,下入φ244.5mm表层套管400~408m;二开采用φ215.9mm钻头钻进,下入φ177.8mm技术套管2820~2950m;三开采用φ152.4mm钻头钻进,悬挂φ114.3mm尾管。由于地层非均质性强、复杂情况多、存在砾石层、地层研磨性强,再加之2012年初首次进入大牛地气田施工,第一轮水平井钻井周期相对较长、钻井成本高。通过对第一轮水平井的钻井工艺技术进行研究,逐渐探索出了一套优质、高效、快速钻井的提速工艺技术,钻井周期明显缩短,机械钻速显著提高,降低了钻井成本,提高了经济效益。
The Daniudi gas field is located in the eastern section of the northern part of the Iraqi-Shaanxi slope in the Ordos Basin. It is a large-scale gas field with a superimposed series of contiguous layers. Drilling average vertical depth of 3000m, the depth of the Upper Paleozoic gas buried in the depth of 2600 ~ 2900m. Most of the construction wells for the three open horizontal wells, the first mining with φ311.2mm drill bit into the next into the φ244.5mm surface casing 400 ~ 408m; the second mining with φ215.9mm drill bit into the next into the φ177.8mm technology casing 2820 ~ 2950m; three opened with φ152.4mm drill bit, hanging φ114.3mm tail pipe. Due to the strong formation heterogeneity and complicated conditions, there are gravel layers and strong abrasiveness of the formations. In addition, for the first time into the Daniudi gas field in early 2012, the drilling cycle of the first horizontal well is relatively long and the drilling cost is high. Through the research on the drilling technology of the first horizontal well, a series of speed-up technology with high quality, high efficiency and rapid drilling are gradually developed. The drilling cycle is significantly shortened, the ROP is significantly increased, the drilling cost is reduced and the economy is increased benefit.
