目的探讨孕早期绒毛染色体分析在稽留流产查因中的应用。方法常规人工流产手术清宫中无菌收集130例稽留流产绒毛组织,采用培养法对其进行染色体分析。结果在130例标本中制片成功105例,占80.77%。发现染色体异常21例,占20.00%,其中常染色体三体10例,占9.52%,性染色体单体1例,占0.95%,多倍体4例,占3.81%,结构异常6例,占5.71%。结论染色体异常是稽留流产的重要原因。早期绒毛染色体检测对稽留流产查因,为临床遗传咨询及优生指导有重要的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the application of chromosomal analysis of villus in early pregnancy in charcoal retrieval abortion. Methods 130 cases of abortion chorionic villi were collected aseptically in routine abortion. The chromosomes were analyzed by culture method. Results In 130 specimens, 105 cases were successfully made, accounting for 80.77%. There were 21 cases of chromosomal abnormalities, accounting for 20.00%. Among them, 10 cases were autosomal trisomy, accounting for 9.52%, 1 case was sex chromosome chromosome, accounting for 0.95%, 4 cases were polyploidy, accounting for 3.81%, structural abnormalities were 6 cases, accounting for 5.71 %. Conclusion Chromosomal abnormalities is an important reason for missed abortion. Early chromosomal detection of abortion abortion due to abortion, clinical counseling and guidance for eugenics have important clinical significance.
