番茄通常认为是一种营养丰富的食品,具有产量高、营养丰富、效益好等特点。随着人类社会的发展,盐碱胁迫对番茄幼苗生长的影响日益加重,土壤盐碱化面积逐年扩大[1]。因此,本试验通过对番茄材料在幼苗期耐盐碱性的分析,比较不同浓度盐碱胁迫下番茄生长和某些生理指标的差异,确定了番茄盐碱胁迫的临界浓度,并为番茄耐盐机理的研究提供理论依据。
Tomato is usually considered a nutritious food, with high yield, nutrient-rich, good benefits and so on. With the development of human society, the effects of saline-alkali stress on the growth of tomato seedlings have been increasingly aggravated, and the area of soil salinization has been expanding year by year [1].
