利用溶胶-凝胶方法800℃焙烧合成了立方萤石结构固溶体Ce0.8Eu0.2O2-δ,晶粒尺寸为57 nm。Raman谱显示2个峰,低频的强峰为F2g特征振动谱带,高频谱带与样品中的氧缺位有关。XPS研究表明固溶体Ce0.8Eu0.2O2-δ中Eu离子为+3价,O1s光电子谱表明样品中存在氧缺位,与Raman谱结果相符。低温EPR谱研究表明固溶体Ce0.8Eu0.2O2-δ中存在Ce3+。交流阻抗谱研究表明固溶体Ce0.8Eu0.2O2-δ的电导率高达σ700℃=7.1×10-3S.cm-1,电导活化能为Ea=0.72 eV。
The cubic fluorite solid solution Ce0.8Eu0.2O2-δ was synthesized by sol-gel method at 800 ℃. The grain size was 57 nm. The Raman spectrum shows two peaks, the strong peak at low frequency is the F2g characteristic vibrational band, and the high frequency band is related to the absence of oxygen in the sample. The XPS study shows that the Eu ion in the solid solution Ce0.8Eu0.2O2-δ is at +3 valence, and the O1s photoelectron spectroscopy indicates the absence of oxygen in the sample, which is consistent with the Raman spectrum. Low-temperature EPR spectroscopy studies show that there is Ce3 + in the solid solution Ce0.8Eu0.2O2-δ. The results of AC impedance spectroscopy showed that the conductivity of Ce0.8Eu0.2O2-δ was up to σ700 ℃ = 7.1 × 10-3S.cm-1 and the conductance activation energy was Ea = 0.72 eV.
