目的探讨人性化综合护理对冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)治疗患者负性情绪及护理满意度的影响。方法选取邢台市第三医院2015年6月—2016年6月收治的冠心病PCI治疗患者85例。根据奇偶数分为对照组44例与观察组41例。两组患者入院后及PCI前后治疗方法同,且均给予常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上给予人性化综合护理。比较两组患者心理状况[抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分]及护理满意度。结果行PCI前两组患者SDS、SAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院前观察组患者SDS、SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人性化综合护理对冠心病行PCI治疗患者进行干预,可有效改善患者负性情绪,提高护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of humanized comprehensive nursing on the negative emotions and nursing satisfaction of patients with coronary artery disease undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods Eighty-five patients with coronary heart disease (PCI) treated in the Third Hospital of Xingtai City from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected. According to the number of even and odd control group 44 cases and observation group 41 cases. Two groups of patients after admission and PCI before and after treatment, and were given routine care, observation group patients on this basis to give humane comprehensive care. The psychological status [Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS), Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS)] and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in SDS and SAS scores between the two groups before PCI (P> 0.05). SDS and SAS scores in the observation group before discharge were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The score of satisfaction in observation group was higher than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Humanized comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with coronary heart disease undergoing PCI can effectively improve the negative emotions of patients and improve nursing satisfaction.
