This paper analyzes the epidemiological data of seven kinds of infectious diseases of resident population in Fangchenggang port area from 1993 to 1996. In 2004, 449 cases of 7 kinds of infectious diseases were co-morbid with the average annual incidence of 116.20 / 10-5. In the past four years, the spectrum of various infectious diseases has changed. The total constitutional proportions are viral hepatitis, dysentery, sexually transmitted diseases and pulmonary tuberculosis with the proportions of 38.75%, 17.15%, 15.81% and 12.25%, respectively. The distribution of four-year infectious diseases was 288 cases of three kinds of intestinal infectious diseases (cholera, viral hepatitis and dysentery), accounting for 64.14% of the total number of cases; 81 cases of two kinds of respiratory infectious diseases (measles and tuberculosis) 18.04% of the number of cases; 71 cases of two venereal diseases (gonorrhea and syphilis), accounting for 15.81% of the total number of cases; 9 kinds of insect-borne diseases (malaria), accounting for 2.00% of the total cases. Cholera, dysentery, viral hepatitis, measles incidence has obvious seasonal, sexually transmitted diseases, tuberculosis, malaria incidence no obvious seasonal. Distribution of various infectious diseases in the population: Cholera is more common in agriculture (fisheries), the prevalence of the elderly over the age of 60 and young adults aged 21 to 40 years; dysentery, measles, mainly in children aged 0 to 10; STD workers And farmers (fisheries) are more common, good onset age of 21 to 40 years of young adults; tuberculosis patients more common in agriculture (fishing) people, the age of 21 to 30 young people and the elderly over the age of 60; malaria more common in 21 ~ 40 years old young adults. Viral hepatitis has no obvious population distribution. The incidence of four-year infectious diseases and their changes in position, seasonal characteristics and population distribution were analyzed, providing the basis for the future monitoring of infectious diseases.
