目的:探讨正常老人脑结构改变、脑电生理学变化与认知功能的关系。方法:对41名正常老人做系统的神经心理测验(NPT)、头颅CT摄片(CT)、脑电地形图(BEAM)及脑诱发电位(BEP)检查。结果:NPT指标与CT测量值相关显著者不多,仅侧脑室前角扩大(额叶萎缩)与部分认知功能下降有显著相关;而NPT指标与BEAM反映的脑电活动,尤其是左侧前额和额区的慢波化密切相关;大部分认知功能与脑诱发电位的潜伏期P2相关。结论:正常老人的额叶萎缩,额区、前额的慢波化可能是其受控加工认知功能下降的基础。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the changes of brain structure and the electrophysiological changes in normal controls and cognitive function. Methods: The neuropsychological tests (NPT), head CT, BEAM and BEP were performed on 41 normal subjects. Results: There was not significant correlation between NPT index and CT measurement. Only the enlargement of anterior chamber angle (frontal lobe atrophy) was significantly associated with the decline of some cognitive functions. However, the NPT index and BEAM reflected EEG activity, especially the left Prefrontal and frontal area is closely related to the slow wave; most of the cognitive function and latency of brain evoked potentials P2 related. Conclusion: The normal frontal lobe atrophy, frontal area and forebrain slowing down may be the basis for the decline of cognitive function in controlled process.
