前言 TC_4是一种新型的合金材料。对此种材料的探伤,国内尚无成熟的方法与标准。我厂所用的TC_4棒坯原用国内有关厂通用的“弧形纵波联合探头”探伤(见图1,以下简称a探头)。在使用中发现,a探头探测TC_4棒材有许多假象,会造成大量误判。为此,我们试用小角度纵波联合探头(见图2,以下简称b探头)。经大量试验和试用证明:在TC_4棒材的超声波探伤中,b探头要比a探头可靠、正确。
TC_4 is a new type of alloy material. Flaw detection of such materials, there is no mature method and standard. The TC_4 billets used by our factory originally used the common “arc longitudinal wave joint probe” flaw detection (see Figure 1, hereinafter referred to as a probe).
