以钛酸丁酯为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米TiO_2微球,同时在其上引入了水滑石类插层材料(LDHs)壳层,得到了LDHs/TiO_2复合材料。使用X射线衍射、扫描电镜和透射电镜等对产物进行了表征,并考察了它的催化性能。结果表明:在85℃下,反应2.5h,干燥6h,负载LDHs的TiO_2微球呈现出球形花状结构,平均颗粒尺寸达到236.58nm。紫外可见漫反射光谱表明材料在紫外和可见光区均表现出较高的紫外屏蔽吸收性能。
TiO 2 microspheres were prepared by sol-gel method using butyl titanate as raw material, and LDHs / LDHs shell was also introduced into LDHs / TiO 2 composites. The product was characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy, and its catalytic performance was investigated. The results showed that the microspheres loaded with LDHs showed a spherical flower-like structure with average particle size of 236.58 nm at 85 ℃ for 2.5 h and 6 h after drying. UV-visible diffuse reflectance spectra show that the materials exhibit high UV shielding absorption in the UV and visible regions.
