从技术经济角度,对封炉与空料线停炉两种方式进行了比较。结合重钢2500rn3高炉生产实践,阐述了封炉与空料线停炉的关键技术要点。虽然两种方式的开炉均实现了快速达产,但空料线停炉实现了2天喷煤、2天富氧、5天达产;而封炉实现3天喷煤、6天富氧、7天达产。认为,在长期限产下,无论是从节约成本,还是开炉后的炉况恢复的角度来看,空料线停炉具有明显优势。
From a technical and economic point of view, two ways of closing furnace and empty line furnace were compared. Combined with the production practice of heavy steel 2500rn3 blast furnace, the key technical points of closed furnace and empty material line shutdown were expounded. Although the two ways to open the furnace have achieved rapid production, but the empty line to stop the furnace to achieve 2 days of coal injection, 2 days of oxygen, 5 days of production; and closed furnace to achieve 3 days PCI, 6 days oxygen , 7 days of production. That the long-term production, whether it is from the cost savings, or open the stove after the recovery from the point of view, empty line out of furnace has obvious advantages.
