以脱水污泥为原料通过碱改性制备得到生物吸附剂,采用该生物吸附剂对镍冶炼烟气制酸废水中重金属离子进行吸附去除。考察了吸附时间、pH、生物吸附剂的投加量以及混凝药剂的投加等条件对酸性废水中Ni、Pb、Cd、Cu等金属离子去除效果的影响。结果表明,生物吸附剂适宜操作条件为吸附时间为120 min,pH为5~7,吸附剂投加量为7 mL/100 mL(吸附剂体积/废水体积)。处理后废水中重金属离子含量能达到GB 25467-2010的排放要求。絮凝剂的投加对于吸附剂去除废水中重金属离子的协同作用并不明显。
Using dewatered sludge as raw material, a biosorbent was prepared through alkali modification, and the biosorbent was used to adsorb and remove heavy metal ions in the nickel smelter flue-liquid acid wastewater. The effects of adsorption time, pH, dosage of biosorbent and dosage of coagulant on the removal of Ni, Pb, Cd, Cu and other metal ions in acid wastewater were investigated. The results showed that the optimal operating conditions for the biosorbent were adsorption time 120 min, pH 5-7 and adsorbent dosage 7 mL / 100 mL (adsorbent volume / wastewater volume). After treatment, the content of heavy metal ions in wastewater can meet the emission requirements of GB 25467-2010. Flocculant dosing for adsorbent to remove heavy metals in wastewater synergy is not obvious.
