企业文化是企业长期生产、经营、建设、发展过程中所形成的管理思想、管理方式、管理理论、群体意识以及与之相适应的思维方式和行为规范的总和。是企业领导层提倡、上下共同遵守的文化传统和不断创新的一套行为方式,它体现为企业价值观、经营理念和行为规范,渗透于企业的各个领域。其核心内容是企业价值观、企业精神、企业经营理念的培育,是企业职工思想道德风貌的提高。通过建设企业文化,优化企业人文素质,提高企业竞争力,促进企业经济效益增长。本文结合广东省高速公路有限公司京珠北分公司(以下简称京珠北分公司)的企业文化建设,来讨论企业文化创新与提升企业竞争力的关系。
Corporate culture is the sum of the management thinking, management style, management theory, group consciousness and corresponding thinking style and code of conduct formed in the long-term production, operation, construction and development of the enterprise. It is a set of behaviors advocated by business leaders and promoted by both the cultural traditions and the continuous innovation that are up and down. It embodies the corporate values, business philosophy and code of conduct, and penetrates into all fields of the enterprise. Its core content is the cultivation of enterprise values, entrepreneurship and business philosophy, which are the improvement of the ideological and ethical outlook of employees. Through the construction of corporate culture, optimize the humane quality of enterprises, improve the competitiveness of enterprises and promote economic growth. This paper combines the corporate culture construction of Beijing-Zhuhai Branch of Guangdong Expressway Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Beijing-Zhuhai Branch) to discuss the relationship between corporate culture innovation and enterprise competitiveness.
