通过光学金相和扫描电镜观察,分析了Ti-46.5Al-2.5V-1.0Cr(at.%)合金中添加微量稀土Gd对其铸态和变形组织的影响。结果表明,含Gd的TiAl合金其铸造组织晶粒更细小,变形宏观组织中均匀变形区较大,变形组织中动态再结晶的体积分数高,层片分解较完全。
The effects of adding rare earth Gd on the as-cast and deformed microstructure of Ti-46.5Al-2.5V-1.0Cr (at.%) Alloy were analyzed by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the microstructure of the TiAl alloy containing Gd is finer and the uniform deformation zone in the deformed macrostructure is larger. The volume fraction of dynamic recrystallization in the deformed structure is high, and the delamination is complete.
