近年来,全社会对医疗卫生行业的关注度越来越高。“看病难”、“看病贵”、“医患纠纷”等字眼高频率出现并成为社会焦点热点问题。应该说近几年医疗卫生系统在医德医风建设上做了不少工作,取得很大成效,但我们必须认识到,随着经济社会的发展和人民群众对医疗卫生服务的需求提升,就难免因为供需矛盾而引发纠纷。作为医院,首先要从自身做起,切实加强新形势下的医德医风建设,提高医疗质量,改善服务态度,加强医患沟通,时时处处把维护群众的健康权益作为工作的出发点和落脚点。
