矿用通风机叶片曲面的加工精度和造型直接关系到今后通风机的使用效率。文章提出了一种基于三次非均匀B样条的方法来完成矿井通风机叶片类曲面的拟合和模型设计方法。通过三次非均匀B样条曲线控制顶点的正算、反算以及节点矢量的计算,借助计算机辅助设计软件Mastercam生成模型,讨论了该方法在今后的通风机叶片类曲面造型上具有广泛的应用前景。
Mine ventilation blade surface machining accuracy and shape directly related to the future use of the fan efficiency. This paper presents a method based on cubic non-uniform B-spline to complete the fitting and model design of mine ventilator blade-like surface. The calculation of vertices’ positive and negative vertexes, positive and negative nodes and node vectors are controlled by three non-uniform B-spline curves. The model is generated by means of computer aided design software Mastercam. The application of this method in the future fan blade surface modeling is discussed .
