目的研究方药糖维康(TWK)对胰岛素抵抗大鼠氧化应激的拮抗作用。方法采用高脂高糖饲料喂养法制备胰岛素抵抗大鼠的动物模型,同时给予不同剂量的TWK干预,实验10周后测定大鼠的血糖、血清中胰岛素等,计算胰岛素的敏感指数(ISI)。结果15.0、7.5g(生药)·kg-1TWK及78mg·kg-1盐酸二甲双胍(Met)+15g(生药)·kg-1TWK可使胰岛素抵抗大鼠的谷胱甘肽降低至正常水平(P>0.05),78mg·kg-1Met+15g(生药)·kg-1TWK还可使血清中SOD恢复至正常水平(P>0.05)。结论TWK对胰岛素抵抗大鼠的氧化应激具有拮抗作用。
Objective To study the antagonistic effect of Fangweiweikang (TWK) on oxidative stress in insulin resistant rats. Methods The animal model of insulin resistant rats was prepared by high fat and high sugar diet feeding method. Different doses of TWK were given at the same time. Rats’ blood glucose and serum insulin were measured after 10 weeks. The insulin sensitivity index (ISI) was calculated. Results 15.0,7.5 g (crude drug)·kg-1TWK and 78 mg·kg-1 metformin hydrochloride (Met)+15 g (crude drug)·kg-1TWK could reduce the glutathione level of insulin resistant rats to normal level(P> 0.05), 78mg·kg-1Met+15g (crude drug)·kg-1TWK also restored SOD in serum to normal level (P>0.05). Conclusion TWK has an antagonistic effect on oxidative stress in insulin resistant rats.
