液压圆锥破碎机在过去10 a中,随着制造商试图实现高效率破碎生产,液压圆锥破碎机研究重点已发生改变。对颗粒间破碎程度的要求越来越高,以提高破碎效率和产品形状。破碎模型中一般采用有效压缩比进行计算,但在实际生产中需要应用实际压缩比。所以提出利用固定质量原则进行有效压缩比与实际压缩比之间的转换,得到更准确的破碎产品颗粒分布情况。 Hydraulic Cone Crushers In the past decade, the focus of hydraulic conic crushers has changed as manufacturers attempt to achieve efficient crushing production. The degree of fragmentation between the particles is getting higher and higher, in order to improve the efficiency of crushing and product shape. Broken model is generally calculated using effective compression ratio, but in actual production need to apply the actual compression ratio. Therefore, the principle of fixed quality is proposed to convert between the effective compression ratio and the actual compression ratio to obtain more accurate particle distribution of the crushed product.
