[目的]了解宣汉县南坝镇食品从业人员健康检查状况,加强对食品从业人员的卫生监督。[方法]对南坝镇辖区2004~2008年食品从业人员进行“五病”(痢疾、伤寒、病毒性肝炎、活动性肺结核、化脓性或渗出性皮肤病,下同)健康检查3482人次。一般检查化脓性或渗出性皮肤病;胸部透视检查活动性肺TB;用S-S琼脂平板进行大便培养阳性检查肠道致病菌;HBsAg用反向被动血凝法,判断指标为≥1︰8,中和试验阳性者为HBsAg阳性。[结果]共查出“五病”人员133人,检出率3.82%,“五病”检出率逐年下降。其中HBsAg检出率2.04%;伤寒检出率0.75%;痢疾检出率0.26%;肺TB检出率0.55%;化脓性或渗出性皮肤病检出率0.23%。检出病人中HBsAg阳性占53.38%,其余占46.62%。[结论]食品从业人员每年进行健康检查,对查出的“五病”人员及时调离治疗是完全必要和行之有效的。
[Objective] To understand the health check of food practitioners in Nanba Town of Xuanhan County and to strengthen the hygiene supervision of food practitioners. [Method] Conducting “Five Diseases” (dysentery, typhoid fever, viral hepatitis, active tuberculosis, suppurative or exudative dermatosis, the same below) for food practitioners from 2004 to 2008 in Nanba Town area 3482 Person times. General examination of purulent or exudative skin disease; Chest fluoroscopic examination of active lung TB; stool culture with SS agar plate positive detection of intestinal pathogens; HBsAg reverse passive hemagglutination, judging indicators ≥ 1 ︰ 8 Neutralization test positive for HBsAg positive. [Results] A total of 133 “five disease” staffs were detected, the detection rate was 3.82%. The detection rate of “five disease” decreased year by year. Including HBsAg detection rate of 2.04%; typhoid fever detection rate of 0.75%; dysentery detection rate of 0.26%; lung TB detection rate of 0.55%; septic or exudative skin disease detection rate of 0.23%. HBsAg positive patients accounted for 53.38%, the remaining 46.62%. [Conclusion] It is necessary and effective for food practitioners to carry out annual health checkups to promptly remove the “five-disease” personnel from the detected ones.
