企业外部法律责任的承担是消费者群体权益保护的关键,文章从企业法律责任、企业外部法律责任、消费者群体利益三个概念的分析出发,明确了企业外部法律责任与消费者群体权益维护之间的联系,并主张在《消费者权益保护法》中针对消费者群体权益保护内容单独规定企业外部法律责任,在责任内容设置、责任履行的监督上提出见解。
