目前我国普遍采用铝导线,但在一些特殊场合仍使用铜导线。使用铜导线就要焊接铜线鼻子,焊接方法有压接、银焊、铜焊、锡焊几种,现介绍一种大截面铜线锡焊新工艺。清除焊件表面氧化膜是锡焊工艺中的关键工序。以往采用物理方法(砂布擦、刃具刮)去污,此法工人劳动强度大,工效低,表面的氧化膜往往难以清除干净,致使焊接质量无保证,现采用酸洗去污法,彻底解决了锡焊过程中清除氧化膜的难题,并可提高工效十几倍。
