经多年的勘测、规划、研究,按照长江与北方缺水区之间的地形、地质状况,我国有关部门分别在长江上游、中游和下游规划了三条调水工程的可行线路,形成了南水北调西线、中线和东线的规划总体布局。三条调水线路有各自的主要任务和供水范围,可互相补充,不能互相代替。 (一) 东线调水工程 从长江下游扬州附近江都站抽长江水,沿京杭大运河逐级提水北送,经洪泽湖、骆马湖、南四湖和东平湖,在位山附近穿过黄河后可自流,经位临运河、南运河到天津。东线调水工程近期的供水范围是苏、鲁、皖三省。远景的供水范围可延伸到天津。输水主干线长1150公里,其中黄河以南651公里,穿黄段9公里,黄河以北490公里。全线最高处东平湖蓄水位与抽江水位之差为40米,总扬程65米,共建13个梯级泵站。
After many years of surveying, planning, and research, according to the topography and geological conditions between the Yangtze and the northern water-deficient areas, relevant departments in China have planned three feasible routes for water diversion projects in the upper, middle, and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, forming the West Route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project. The overall layout of the plans for the Central, Eastern and Middle Lines. The three water diversion lines have their own main tasks and water supply scope, and they can complement each other and cannot replace each other. (a) The Eastern Water Diversion Project draws Yangtze River water from the Jiangdu Station near Yangzhou in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River, and lifts water along the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal in a cascade, passing through Hongze Lake, Luoma Lake, Nansihu Lake, and Dongping Lake near the Weishan Mountain. After passing through the Yellow River, it can be free-flowing, passing through the canal and the South Canal to Tianjin. The recent water supply scope for the Eastern Water Diversion Project is the three provinces of Su, Lu, and Fu. The scope of water supply for the vision can be extended to Tianjin. The length of the main water line is 1,150 kilometers, including 651 kilometers south of the Yellow River, 9 kilometers across the Yellow River and 490 kilometers north of the Yellow River. The highest point of the entire line is the difference between the water level of the Dongping Lake and the water level of the river, which is 40 meters. The total head is 65 meters. A total of 13 cascade pump stations are built.
