为了对眼球震颤进行实时、无损的精确检测,本文研究出一种瞳孔快速定位的方法。该方法采用离散余弦变换、灰度拉伸、阈值分割以及数学形态学处理方法,对瞳孔进行定位,再采用辅助图片框法实时绘制瞳孔波动曲线。结果表明,该方法满足了检测系统对瞳孔定位的实时性、精确性要求,瞳孔波动曲线能够很好地反映被测者的眼球运动情况。该方法为眼震患者的眩晕判定提供了重要依据,进而对抗眩晕中药药效的评估及眼震的诊断具有很高的参考价值。
In order to make real-time, nondestructive and accurate detection of nystagmus, this paper developed a method of pupil rapid positioning. The method uses discrete cosine transform, grayscale stretching, threshold segmentation and mathematical morphology processing methods to locate the pupil, and then use the auxiliary frame method to plot the pupil wave curve in real time. The results show that this method can meet the real-time and accuracy requirements of the pupil locating by the detection system. The pupil wave curve can well reflect the eye movement of the tested person. The method provides an important basis for judging the dizziness of nystagmus patients, and thus has great reference value for evaluating the efficacy of dizziness traditional Chinese medicine and diagnosing nystagmus.
