目的探讨大学新生情绪智力与适应性之间的关系。方法采用情绪智力量表、中国大学生适应量表对河北联合大学305名大学新生进行调查。结果①不同性别、生源地以及是否为独生子女在情绪智力的各个维度以及总分上均无差异;②不同性别在校园生活适应、情绪适应以及适应性总分上存在差异(t=2.290,P<0.05;t=2.109,P<0.05;t=2.084,P<0.05);不同生源地在校园生活适应、情绪适应以及适应性总分上存在差异(t=3.473,P<0.05;t=4.295,P<0.05;t=3.368,P<0.05);独生子女在满意度维度上高于非独生子女(t=2.213,P<0.05),在情绪适应上显著高于非独生子女(t=2.790,P<0.01);③大学新生情绪智力与适应性各维度及总分均呈非常显著正相关(r=0.554,P<0.001)。结论大学新生的情绪智力的得分越高,适应性越好。
Objective To explore the relationship between emotional intelligence and adaptability of college freshmen. Methods A total of 305 college freshmen from Hebei Union University were investigated using the Emotional Intelligence Scale and the Chinese University Students Adaptation Scale. Results ① There was no difference in the dimensions of emotional intelligence and the total score between different sexes, students and whether or not the only child. ② There were differences in life adaptation, emotional adaptation and total fitness scores among different genders (t = 2.290, P T = 2.109, P <0.05; t = 2.084, P <0.05). There were differences in adaptability, emotional adaptability and total score of adaptability among different habitats (t = 3.473, P <0.05; , T = 3.368, P <0.05). The only child was higher in satisfaction degree than non-only child (t = 2.213, P <0.05) , P <0.01). ③ There was a significant positive correlation between emotional intelligence and adaptability and the total score of college freshmen (r = 0.554, P <0.001). Conclusion The freshmen’s score of emotional intelligence is higher and the adaptability is better.
