目的:通过观察舒通安胶囊(STAC)对海洛因依赖者血小板、血浆一氧化氮(NO)/环鸟苷酸系统的影响,探讨STAC治疗海洛因依赖的机制。方法:分别测定海洛因依赖者治疗前后血小板、血浆NO生成量和cGMP含量,并与正常人进行比较。结果:①海洛因依赖者治疗前血浆和血小板NO生成量和cGMP含量均高于对照组(P<0.01);②其中注射组NO生成量和cGMP含量高于烫吸组(P<0.01,P<0.05);③在STAC作用下,海洛因依赖者血浆和血小板NO生成及cGMP含量明显减少(P<0.01),与正常对照组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:血浆和血小板NO/cGMP系统在海洛因依赖者发病中可能有重要作用,STAC对此系统可能起着调节作用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of STAC on platelet and plasma nitric oxide (NO)/cyclic guanosine monophosphate system in heroin addicts and to explore the mechanism of STAC in treating heroin dependence. Methods: The levels of platelet and plasma NO production and cGMP were determined before and after treatment in heroin addicts, and compared with normal subjects. Results: 1The levels of NO production and cGMP in plasma and platelet before treatment of heroin addicts were higher than those in control group (P<0.01).2 The levels of NO production and cGMP in injection group were higher than those in scald group(P<0.01,P< 0.05); 3 Under the action of STAC, NO production and cGMP content in plasma and platelets of heroin addicts were significantly reduced (P<0.01), and there was no significant difference compared with the normal control group (P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Plasma and platelet NO/cGMP systems may play an important role in the pathogenesis of heroin addicts, and STAC may play a regulatory role in this system.
