本文报道了饮料食品在酸性条件下,经乙醚提取后,用紫外光谱法同时测定山梨酸、苯甲酸、糖精钠的实验方法。本法省去薄层分离或水蒸气蒸馏分离的步骤,具有操作简便、快速的优点,方法回收率84~101%,重现性良好,变异系数1.58~2.53%,用本法与国标薄层法测定饮料中糖精钠含量,两法无显著性差异,可在日常食品卫生检验中予以应用。
This paper reports the experimental method for the simultaneous determination of sorbic acid, benzoic acid and sodium saccharin by UV spectrophotometry after the beverage and food are extracted under ether in acidic condition. The method eliminates the thin layer separation or steam distillation separation step, has the advantages of simple and rapid operation, the recovery rate of 84 ~ 101%, good reproducibility, coefficient of variation of 1.58 ~ 2.53%, using this method and the national standard thin layer Determination of saccharin sodium content in beverages, no significant difference between the two methods can be applied in daily food hygiene inspection.
