近年来大模板建筑已成为民用建筑主要体系之一,利用组合钢模板拼组大模(简称小钢模拼大钢模)能适应建筑平面、建筑层高的变化,工程完工可将大模板拆散保养,这对解决大模贮藏堆放、加速模板周转和降低模板成本开辟了一条途径。我们曾在三个高层建筑中试用了拼组式大模板,取得初步成功,在此基础上总结了拼组式大模板的设计计算与构造。以方便施工技术人员在设计大模时,参考本文介绍的构造方案,能较快地排出模板组合图,下面作一介绍,借以探讨。一、模板设计考虑的问题拼组式大模板在设计方案上考虑了以下几方面的问题: 1.大模板高度取一般民用和公共建筑的层高,即2.80米—3.2米,预制楼板厚度取上
In recent years, large formwork construction has become one of the main systems for civil construction. The use of combined steel formwork to form large molds (referred to as “small steel molds and large steel molds”) can adapt to changes in the construction plane and building height, and can be disassembled when the project is completed. Maintenance, which opens up a way to solve large-model storage stacking, speed up template turnover, and reduce template costs. We have tried the large-format template in three high-rise buildings and achieved preliminary success. Based on this, we have summarized the design and construction of the large-format template.
