在生产实践中,有时需要把圆形紫铜管改制成矩形或扁形管,一般常用拉床改制。这不仅效率低、成本高,而且对较长的管材用拉床也难以成型。我厂在制造电阻焊机的变压器时,遇到需要把一根φ38×3毫米,长5米的紫铜管制成16毫米厚的扁管。我们曾试图用拉制的方法成型,但由于工件较长,没有成功。后来采用锻压成型工艺,较好地解决了这一生产关键;且生产效率大大提高,每根只用5分钟就可锻至要求,质量也很理想。
In production practice, it is sometimes necessary to reorganize a round copper tube into a rectangular or flat tube, which is commonly used for broaching. This is not only inefficient, costly, but also difficult to shape for longer pipe broaches. I plant in the manufacture of resistance welding transformers, encountered need to put a φ38 × 3 mm, 5 meters long copper tube made of 16 mm thick flat tube. We have tried to use the drawing method of forming, but because the workpiece is longer, no success. Later using forging molding process, a better solution to the key to this production; and greatly improve the production efficiency, each only for 5 minutes can be forged to the request, the quality is also very satisfactory.
