目的:建立妇科止带片中盐酸小檗碱的HPLC含量测定方法。方法:用岛津VP ODS C18柱(250×4．6 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0．05 mol·L-1磷酸二氢钠溶液(以磷酸调节pH为3．0)(36:64)为流动相,流速1．0 ml·min-1;检测波长为350 nm;柱温40℃。结果:盐酸小檗碱线性范围为0．1-0．3μg,平均回收率98．8％,RSD为1．8％。结论:含量测定方法可靠,简单可行,为控制妇科止带片的内在质量提供了科学依据。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination of berberine hydrochloride in gynecological banding tablets. Method: Shimadzu VP ODS C18 column (250×4.6 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase: acetonitrile-0.05 mol·L-1 sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution (pH adjusted to 3.0 with phosphoric acid) (36) : 64) mobile phase, flow rate 1.0 ml·min-1; detection wavelength 350 nm; column temperature 40°C. Results: The linear range of berberine hydrochloride was 0.1-0.3μg, the average recovery rate was 98.8%, RSD was 1.8%. Conclusion: The content determination method is reliable, simple and feasible, and it provides a scientific basis for controlling the intrinsic quality of gynecological tape.
