Objective To investigate the changes of lipoprotein lipase and lipids in normal pregnant women during pregnancy and provide reference for guiding the health care during pregnancy and the occurrence of abnormal diseases. Methods 203 pregnant women in our hospital and in-hospital physical examination of pregnant women at different stages of lipoprotein lipids and lipids were examined, the results using SPSS statistical package for statistical analysis of variance. Results Pregnant women in the late ester protein lipase activity decreased serum lipids than non-pregnant women, and with the increase of pregnancy time, the level of blood lipids also increased, especially in the late pregnancy serum lipid levels were significantly higher than pregnancy Early. Conclusion The increase of serum lipids in normal pregnant women is a normal physiological reaction necessary for pregnancy, which is related to the effect of estrogen. As postpartum 1-3 weeks of women’s blood lipid levels have dropped significantly, so elevated serum lipids in pregnant women is not a pathological phenomenon.
